How it works

You don't need more willpower. You need a system.

Four moves over eight weeks. Nothing that eats an hour of your day. Everything built for the pressure you actually face.

01
Week 1

We find your leaks

First we map where the stress actually comes from, and how it's hitting your sleep, your performance, and the people at home. No guessing. You can't fix what you can't see.

02
Weeks 2–5

You get the tools

Each week you learn one simple skill you can use in real time — before a big game, a hard conversation, or at 2 a.m. when your brain won't shut off. Minutes, not marathons.

03
Weeks 6–7

You practice under pressure

We don't just talk. You run the skills against the exact situations that spin you out, so they hold up when the stakes are real and the clock is running.

04
Week 8

It becomes automatic

By the end, staying steady isn't a technique you have to remember. It's just how you operate — on the field, in the room, and at the dinner table.

Proof

Steady people say it better than I can.

Before, I was lying awake replaying every mistake and snapping at my family. Now I actually sleep — and I'm sharper on game day than I've been in years.

Why now

No fake countdown. Here's the honest reason.

This runs as a small group — just five to seven people — starting the second Monday of every month. I keep it that small on purpose, so everyone gets real attention. When a group fills, it fills, and you're waiting on the next one.

So the real question isn't whether a timer's running out. It's this: do you want to spend the next eight weeks the way you spent the last few — tired, wired, and carrying it all home? Or do you want to be on the other side of it by then?

The work doesn't get easier by waiting. You just get better at handling it. That starts now, or it starts later.

Straight answers

The questions you're actually asking.

I don't have time for this.

That's usually the sign you need it most. This isn't hours of homework. It's a few minutes of practice built into the day you already have, plus one session a week. And the whole point is to give you time back — the hours you're losing right now to bad sleep and a racing mind.

Is this therapy?

No. Therapy looks backward to heal what happened to you. This looks forward to train how you respond under pressure — think strength and conditioning, but for your mind. If you're dealing with something that needs clinical care, I'll tell you straight and point you to the right person.

I've tried meditation apps. They didn't stick.

Same. Sitting still and "clearing your mind" doesn't do much when your life is high-stakes and fast-moving. This isn't that. You get specific tools for specific moments — the pre-game nerves, the tough call, the midnight spiral — not a vague instruction to relax.

Will this actually help my performance, or is it just feel-good stuff?

Both — and they're connected. When you sleep better and your head is clear, you make sharper decisions, recover faster, and stop burning energy fighting your own nerves. The calm is the point. The performance is what you'll notice first.

One step

Eight weeks from now, you'll either still be running on empty — or sleeping through the night.

One of those starts today. Apply for the next cohort and let's find out if it's a fit.

P.S.   The stress won't wait for a better time — and neither will the people counting on you. Eight weeks from now, you'll be somewhere. Rested and sharp, or exactly where you are right now. The only thing that decides which is what you do in the next two minutes.
